Keynote presentations and workshops can be very effective at changing mindsets and behaviours of individuals, however impacting cultural change in organisations requires a process, not an event. After his keynotes, David has many people ask if he can help them introduce Acropolis Leadership principles into their workplace. These requests have led to the development of the Architecture for Success Program. David is able to offer a limited number of clients an ongoing monthly program where he visits your workplace and takes your people through a facilitated process to examine and implement elements of the Acropolis Leadership framework.
After an initial consultation session with key management, David works with them to create a program of events to help them acheive organisational or team objectives.

After a number of initial sessions two key documents are created:
1. Company X - Architecture for Success - One Page Strategy outlining key strategies for moving forward. Individuals and teams may develop more detailed strategy documents.
2. Company X - Architecture for Success - Strategic Summary - a graphic aligned with the Acropolis leadership Model that outlining company/ team vision, mission, values, key goals and targets, and key focus areas.

The purpose of these two documents is to promote clarity, focus and alignment among team members.
Once these documents are created David works with management and team members to assist and support them in the implementation of the strategy.
