They will consider your integrity (do you do what you say you will do); by whether you follow and model company values; by how open and transparent you are with problems, issues and future developments; by whether you are authentic or just ‘act a part’, by how you behave at social events; by your manners (or lack of); by how you talk to and about others; by your language (e.g. polite vs swearing etc); and by how you react to criticism or bad news.
